We are looking for a long term rental, (Minimum 2/3 years) an unfurnished property with a house minimum  size of at least  180m2, (Large as possible ) with min of 3 beds and 2 bath,
It must have a telephone line and internet, or at least the ability for us to install a telephone line and internet connection. or satellite connection.
We need a large garage and or basement for storage. Must have  Air con – pool etc.
We are looking for a house/villa, away from noise and busy roads etc, somewhere in the countryside not in a village.

Our budget approx: 800-1200€ (Ish.) per month, we are looking to move by the end March/April 2010

Professional couple (no kids) looking for properties in the Alhaurin Del La Torre area (within 30 minutes drive). Our budget is 900 euros a month and we'd like the following. Large property, 3 bedrooms, a pool, outside space, pets (2 x house cats), privacy (i.e not overlooked by next door) and MUST have broadband internet available (not necessarily installed) as I will be working from home. Can move in any time from first week of April. 1 year let could be considerably longer.
